    Windows Media Player

This is mt first attempt at video, so I know very little about it.
I have several segments I recorded on my regular camera. They are Irfanview AVI files.
When I drag them all into Windows Media Player, they start to play immediately and they all play in sequence.
    So far, that's great.
However, once they start I cannot save them as a playlist because Windows Media Player closes.
I want to save them as one file - playlist or whatever.
What do I need to do?

open Media Player--select 'create playlist' drag files to playlist--save playlist (see attached) you could also download Windows Movie Maker--which will allow you to drag n drop the files then save them as ONE .WMV file

Thanks. It had already been created, but it was buried away in one of those &%*#$ libraries. God, how I hate those things!
