    I have the option to us a regular picture (.png, .jpg) do you think that you can use the icons in your shell32.dll to upload so I can download them to fix it? (I'm not super computer savvy)

    You dont need to do anything to sgell32.dll. If you cannot follow the instructions of the given tutorial, let us know.... we will try alternatives.

    Btw... have you tried the steps Jerry sugfested?

    Follow Icons - Change Using Resource Hacker.

    Change #108 and #113 in imageres.dll > icon groups, with the icons supplied previously.
