Folder view and optimization problem

Hi guys, so here is the problem! I have two folders (folder#1 and folder#2 which contain folders and movies in it. One folder contain all movies in 2012, and one folder contain movies before that. The problem is, folder#1 have movie file and I can see a thumbnail picture of it and the other one it doesn't show. I tried going into the folder properties - customize tab - Optimize this folder for: video, BUT after I click apply and Ok. It doesn't stay as video, but it set back to General Items. Below is an example of the problem. I took one movie file from folder#1 and folder#2, and put it into a folder, and both display differently. I want all my videos display like 'Black Swan', but it's not letting me.
