Windows 7: Internal Blu-Ray & DVD Burner - Will not copy DVD+R's

Hello everyone,

I just upgraded my blu-ray reader & DVD burner combo drive to the Panasonic/Matshita UJ240 Blu-Ray burner.
I was able to copy a blu-ray 1:1, but when I try copying a DVD 1:1, it always fails on the write process. It plays standard DVDs great, but why is it refusing to burn them?

I have tried un-installing & re-installing the drivers, but that hasn't helped.

I've tried DVD Fab 9 & Clone DVD, and both fail on the write process with DVD+R (single & dual layer)
