I have just installed the latest Live Essential version to my new laptop. Interestingly, Windows Movie Maker let me export videos at a maximum 192 bps audio bitrate. It is strange because on my older laptop I can select higher rates too. What is the reason for this? The new version was limited to 192 kbps, or on my older laptop, there might be a codec pack that I installed sometimes, and the Movie Maker there can see it and use it for audio encoding?
