A media player that remembers “last position played” Automatically

Hello everyone and hope you are having a great day

I am searching for a media player that remembers “last position played” and also plays SRT extensions

Basically what I need is when I close a video at the middle of playing, next time it automatically resumes from that position..

I like the VLC media player in all ways except that it needs to book mark a position and save it in a playlist and then next time you open that playlist.

Quite cumbersome and annoying

The one I had from VSO did.

VSO Media Player 1.2.2.450 Download

You can stop it, reboot your PC and it will start where it left off.
