streaming video problems dropped frames and idk what

hi,

need help... when im watching streaming videos on youtube, putlocker etc... the video either:

1.works (no buffering stops) -> rarely
2.takes very long to start (initial buffering)
3.doesnt start playing at all
4.stops randomly (need to refresh page) -> this is happening a lot lately almost every time

i have done all the maintanance, driver update, cleanups and closed unneeded apps ....
im running Windows 7 home premium 64x firefox,adblocker, 4mb internet connection and i had no
problems before also i checked adobe flash forum but could find anything helpful so if anyone
can help me with some tests i can run or some setting i can change...thank you in advance

ps: did a youtube speed test but dont know if its good or bad there are a lot of dropped frames
