Windows imported iPhone 4 photos, but not videos...

My computer imported all photos from my iPhone 4, but not the videos, and then I accidentally checked the "delete after importing" box I lost some very important videos that cannot be remade. Is there any way to undo this "dumber that a box of rocks" move? Or is it something I need to ask Apple about? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi and Welcome to the Forum
I have never used an iPhone of any number but are the photos and videos stored on a card within the iPhone and if so can you remove it from the iPhone?

Too late for this issue but setting up icloud would be your only backup solution and always verify imports before deleting and never use a automatic import always manually access the dcim folder and copy and paste what ever you want.
Iphone's do not have a removable sd card.
Not sure what recuva would do using it on a iphone ?
    Free file recovery tool,
    http://www.piriform.com/recuva
You might be able to point recuva to just the dcim folder/ manually of course,
Click the Start button and click on Computer,

Yes I was going to suggest Recuva if there was a removable card. Looks from your screenshot that it would be worth a try to get to the internal storage media. It must be similar to a card to have the normal DCIM folder anyway. Well worth a try I should think.

It is important not to take any more photos until you have tried this as if you store more photos on the internal media they will be recorded over the top of the ones that you are trying to retrieve. When you delete from any media it doesn't delete your data altogether it just allows you to store more data over the top of the existing and this makes it more difficult or even impossible for recovery software to work properly!
