youtube videos and streams choppy but audio and games are fine

Im not sure how to diagnose the problem. I thought it might be a flash problem but i cant seem to find older versions. I have changed the prio and still no dice.

streams were choppy on a 660 and 7850 so i dont think its my gpu... any ideas how to go about this?

You haven't said which Browser your using ?
If Internet explorer is being used see this for a complete list of troubleshooting steps,
    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2532294
In a nutshell go to Internet options/ Advanced/ Check the top box switch to Software rendering,
Go to the Computer manufacture website/ Help-support sections for Graphic's-Video card driver updates.

Yeah, try a different browser and install Adobe Flash Player. That should at least let you know if it's browser related.

    Delete your browser history,
Click the Start button on the Taskbar,
    Click on Control panel,
Click on Internet options/ General section/ Delete button
Check All of the boxes and Uncheck the very top box,
    Click on Delete.
    Then test,
If still no joy see if adjusting the streaming options help or at least track and post what it's auto setup is screaming at,
