    GIF Re-sizer -- I Really Need a Decent One -- Please Help


    Hi all

    Yes, I really need a program that can do this. This is, quite literally, the only thing that I need it to do (if it does more, great!) -- just make GIFs bigger and makes GIFs smaller.

    I loathe GIMP. My PC is pretty fast, but using GIMP it was like I had a foot in the 1980's.

    I cannot believe that I have not found anything decent yet. But, I haven't, so I turn to you.

    Guys, please help me out here.

    What have you tried apart from Gimp? Have you tried Picasa? See here:
