wmp 12 how do i remove the folder links?

    howdy,

this may seem like an odd one but does anyone know how to remove the links in medaplayer 12 like composer rating year genre and so on ? all i want to see is Videos/Folder noting else,

the reason for this is in the ps3 i seem to have a million folders to navigate before i get to my movies and tv shows and it gets tedious after a while

    - if you right-click on the bar where the headings are, a box should appear
    - click on the "Choose columns.." option that appears in the drop-down box..
    - then you can untick any column headings that you want to remove..

you can't remove anything from that view

your best bet is to put what you want on the navigation pane and use that

plus wmp will always go to the last view you had too so if you just stay on the video folder you'll be fine
