Help with repetitive Netflix DRM errors

I can watch Netflix with my android phone or tablet. I can watch Netflix with my TV(s) app, DVD app or WD Live TV device app with NO problems whatsoever!

When I try to use my desktop, media center or laptop Windows 7 computers, at least once a month it takes 1 to 2 hours of troubleshooting to get anything from Netflix to play! By then I don't even want to watch anything !!!
I jump through the hoops with 'Fix It', 'uninstall/ reinstall silverlight', 'run as admin' ,'delete mspr.hds', Shut down re-start, different browsers.
I'm tired of it!

N8156-6013 (tells me my computer date is wrong! NOT TIME, DATE) WTF! I know what day it is!

(had ALL of these errors today!)
DRM errors. Is this a Microsoft or Netflix problem?
I am tired of this nonsense....
