    Photo viewer software to show tag, subject title info?


    When using Windows 7 and you are in a picture folder and click on a thumbnail on the bottom of the screen it shows tags, title, subject info which is great.

    But:

    When in double click photo and opens up Windows photo Gallery it never shows none of this info.

    Is there a way to get it to display this info?
    Is there other photo viewer software that displays this info on the screen with the photo? Not on the photo itself just somewhere on the screen? That can be set as defaut photo viewer program so it will be easier for family members to use.

    Is there a way to hover over the photo and then a pop up of the tag info appears like on Facebook etc?

    I have all my photos tagged and would like that info always displayed on the screen with the photo.

    zoner photo studio has this ability and then just set it as your default photo viewer

    When you open a picture it opens in the minimum viewer,
    You would need to click on Go to gallery on the top Left,
    Once you open Wpg you can click on View and Tags and Captions pane,
    All the information will be available on the right column,
