You can't actually access the device from Windows photo gallery,
But you can select all of the files and right click one of them and click on Copy,
Then open the device as the video suggests that Dude provided and right click the appropriate folder and click on Paste.
And that's about it, verify the files appear on the device, disconnect the device.
