File names & details resetting
I recently ripped all my CDs to my computer, many of which simply ripped with unnamed artists and track names (which was fine). I am in the process of renaming them, and every so often, some of the files I have already renamed will revert to the old name (i.e., 01 Track 1, 02 Track 2, etc.), and usually clears the details as well (song title and artist). Sometimes it happens after I have moved them to a different folder, but on a few occasions it has happened while I am in the midst of renaming other files. Anyone know what the issue may be? I apologize if this has been posted before; I attempted to search the forums, but couldn't find anything matching this - feel free to link me to another thread if it has already been answered. Thanks!
