    Without knowing your system specification this is difficult but going back to your earlier post I see you have a HP 650 notebook. I think this model comes with a DVD player but here is no mention of a Blu Ray player. Can you confirm what player you have installed?

    Uhm no I have more of a PC and I'm using a Samsung 506bb external bluray. Van I view bluray film with title on my PC?

    We need to make sure we are all on the same page before going any further. A player is not the same thing as a drive. To be able to play a movie from a Blu-Ray disk, one needs a Blu-Ray capable optical drive (one rated only for DVDs and CDs only will not work) and a player (software) designed for playing Blu-Rays.

    I have just tried with vlc but after installed is not work properly, I obtain a error regard a cfg missing files, I don't know what is this files. Exist any software for playing bluray?

    Yes my external drive is done for bluray playing.

    Because of DRM limitations of Blu-Ray content, one must use commercial software for playing them. There are some freebies out there but they often won't play the latest disks.
