How to change usb connected samsung s3 camera folder type to pictures
When I connect my samsung galaxy s3 phone to my PC via an USB cable, windows 7 seems to set the wrong folder type "music" to the "card/dcim/camera" folder. As a result, it does not show the files thumbnails but instead the music file icon . Without thumbnails it takes forever to choose to correct PC folder onto which to copy the images & camera files from the phone. On my 3x cheaper previous Android phone, I was seeing the thumbnails just fine when simply connecting to my windows 7 PC via an USB cable
Does anyone know how to change this?
I have not figure out:
- neither where the folder type is displayed
- nor how to change the folder type
- nor how to change the options of a music folder type so that it shows the thumbnails.
Thank you very much in advance for any help w/ this uber-frustrating "user experience" as they call it.
