I need help diagnosing Youtube playback issue

    Well, over the last month I did find however that this problem manifests itself with any and every video source, whether a video on a news site, video content on any website and of course YouTube. I have to clear my history, cookies, use my Ccleaner, then go to internet options and clear them there also. Then restart my PC and then there is no problem with videos any where- for a while, then...

    I should state any video file on my HDD or any DVD disk plays fine and never a problem here, only streaming video. And my settings are set for the optimum playback as Kari recommends.

    PS- the beta v12 of flash helped quite a bit, but soon the problem returned.
