I need help diagnosing Youtube playback issue

    Well, over the last month I did find however that this problem manifests itself with any and every video source, whether a video on a news site, video content on any website and of course YouTube. I have to clear my history, cookies, use my Ccleaner, then go to internet options and clear them there also. Then restart my PC and then there is no problem with videos any where- for a while, then...

    I should state any video file on my HDD or any DVD disk plays fine and never a problem here, only streaming video. And my settings are set for the optimum playback as Kari recommends.

    PS- the beta v12 of flash helped quite a bit, but soon the problem returned.

Since very late last night, I've had problems with Youtube video playback. I've tested it with 2 separate PCs, same results. I can play videos on cracked.com, Cinemassacre and TGWTG just fine, it's only Youtube that's giving me issues. Videos are slow to load and lock up frequently during playback....
hello, did u guys noticed that since today 2010-09-30 youtube fully switched to html5 forcing videos show only in html5 not using flash?
