a problem with the preview of the videos and pictures files

Hi guys......

as the title suggests i have a bit of trivial problem with the view of the pictures and video files and it has been bugging me lately

by default windows are supposed to show a mini version of the picture as the picture icon, and the same for the video

but this not the case for me, here what i have

http://s22.postimg.org/f2pm1z2kx/image.jpg

notice that the preview is the default pictures icon, which it should be a preview of the same picture

due to this problem, I am not able to customize any folders

as I said, i have this problem with my videos also.

I definitely remember that i changed some settings, but i can't seem to remember what i changed
I hope that I made myself clear.......

I will appreciate your help

Thank you

Hello TheOsNAmelesS, and welcome to Seven Forums.

It looks like you may just need to enable thumbnail previews to see them again.
