    No video with supported format and MIME type found


    Acer 7741G laptop. Win 7 Home premium 64bit. When clicking on to a tutorial video for using Firefox I got the message as shown as the thread title and the video would not play. As an inexperienced user I am at a loss to know what this means. Can anyone help me please? Birdbb

    Have a look at this and try another browser - Chrome may be able to deal with it.
