Unable to view Silverlight DRM Videos

I have a custom built machine with an SSD for Windows and programs that I either require quick opening times from or for programs that don't give me an option to change install location to E:\ which is a 2Tb WD Black.

I have had the odd graphical problem where the Driver has Crashed and either it recovered or it didn't and I had to do a hard reboot. I have the latest NVIDIA Drivers for my Card (MSI N470GTX) installed by GeForce Experience so they are fully up to date.

Whether Silverlight is bugged or it just doesn't like the NVIDIA Graphics Drivers I don't know, but I am unable to view Amazon Prime or any of the DRM Protected Videos on the PlayReady Test Server (Microsoft PlayReady Test Server - Silverlight and Expression Encoder).

I have tried to troubleshoot this problem before, I can't remember if I uninstalled Silverlight or not so I'm doing that as I write this, but I found other forums with people complaining of the same Error from Amazon (6036) but in that case they could view DRM Videos from the PlayReady Test Server where I can't at all.

According to this article on the Sky Forums (Silverlight Error Message List. - Sky Community) Silverlight Error Code 6036 means that the Graphics Driver Certificate is Invalid. I highly doubt it is invalid since it should be updated whenever you update your Graphics Drivers.

If anyone can offer assistance in this matter I would be more than helpful as my parents Laptop with Intel Graphics Works just fine but doesn't have the processing to cope with the Full HD Streams and stutters from time to time.

UPDATE: Uninstalled Silverlight and reinstalled it again, still no joy

Turned out that I had installed a driver for my monitor from Samsung and it wasn't signed by Microsoft. So I guess instead of checking the graphics driver alone it checked the Monitor Driver and decided that the monitor wasn't HDCP Compatible because the driver wasn't signed by Microsoft. Blimey Silverlight ain't have fussy.
