Movie stops playing after 10 minutes

I rented 3 iTunes videos and downloaded them to my computer. When I tried playing them they all stopped after about 10 minutes. The error is shown below:

    How do fix this. Thanks.

4 GB should be enough ... why does it run for 10 minutes

Those rented videos are designed to be used by your DVD player but not to be copied to your computer. They are copyright protected.

Hello! They are designed by Apple to be downloaded to a computer and played when convenient. You have obviously never done this.

My HUGE mistake. You are correct I have never done anything with Apple.

    Your post #1

    I rented 3 iTunes videos
My understanding when you rent something whether downloaded or not it is just for that one time use. But like you say I haven't never done a Apple thing.
I just assumed renting was not the same thing as buying.
If you downloaded it and installed in on your hard drive their would be no end to the rent.
I'm surely able to learn something new so I will continue to watch the thread and do some learning.

    Just my thoughts.

From what I've read you don't really download anything,
You watch the rentals from iTunes,
These rented movies will be seen in your iTunes library and only viewable from there,
So they are very different than purchasing music or a show series which you are able to actually download and view in iTunes or windows media player....
Your streaming the video not really downloading,
Much like Netflix... except you have to use iTunes to do it,

    Cheers.
    Temp files delete,
Run this as administrator and Start the scanner,
Shut your machine down after it finishes,
