Video Maker/Editor for Win 7 Suggestions.

Hello guys! So I have this Asus Eee 1005px Netbook running Windows 7 Ultimate.

I am a teenager that uses my netbook as my workstation.

I would like to ask your suggestions for me :), I want some awesome but not very complicated video editor/maker except the new Windows Movie maker because my screen resolution is too low for it (minmum is 1024x768 while my netbook has 1024x600).

So what do you guys suggest? post your suggestions (thanks in advance).

Also here's what my weak netbook's specs:

Intel Atom N450 1.66GHz 32 bit
Intel GMA 3150
a freakin 1GB of RAM (will upgrade to 2 or 3 if i got some cash!!!)

I don't think video editing is possible on that Netbook - I'm surprised Windows 7 Ultimate even runs on 1GB ram. You might just get Avidemux to work on that machine (handles avi, mp4, mpeg, mkv). The final stage of video editing is encoding, which is quite cpu intensive, but IIRC with Avidemux if you cut the movie clips on the I-frame, it's just frame copy not encoding. Don't expect any smart fades, dissolves, effects or titles with Avidemux. For that sort of thing you need something like Sony Vegas or Premiere Pro and (pref) an i7 and 8GB+ ram.

Definitely Premier Pro or Sony Vegas will not work for your netbook not even even simple software like camtasia or Ulead, I suggest an online video editor, in that case it won't require high specs for the computer you're using, it will work even you're only using your netbook coz' it's just like you're surfing on your web browser.
