Windows scanner found nothing, and I'm attaching the results for SAS. MalwareBytes, though, I've tried twice. Both times it stops around my Canon printer's template pictures. The timer still goes up, but it never leaves the file (different file both times). I'll try one more time, but I wanted to post the SAS results while I try.

I did delete the SAS ones. :P I also ran it again and found a couple more, though they were all cookies. The JRT found nothing, though I attached it anyways.

Ok, I finally remembered to have it running while I watched a show. It did spike during the stuttering, but nothing too major. I also deleted got rid of the MyGallery Canon program whose Templates were interfering with the Malware Bytes scan, and I'll try to run it again. Anyways, here is are the screenshots of the program.

You can never really rule out isp connection issues they are unpredictable at best at providing a steady flow :/

Huh. I've known about PrintScreen for ages, but never knew about the snipping tool.
