Windows 7: 64 Bit image viewer with tagging capabilities

64 Bit image viewer with tagging capabilities

Hi all i'm trying to find out what will be the best image viewer for me.

I would like:
-something 64 bit
-something capable of tagging photos (since windows 7 integrates this now)
-something fast
-something capable of supporting most every image file format

I want something to use as both a quick image viewer as well as something that can manage my photos, textures, graphic art.

I've been trying a few here and am not totally satisfied for various reasons.

Here's what i've tried:

-ACDSEE - I have this but it isn't 64 bit...
-FastPictureViewer - I have the free version, it's 64 bit, its very fast. And some interesting features but it is lacking in features as well. No tagging, doesn't seem like much for browsing photos.. and doesn't sem to support too many image formats, at least not the free version.
-XnView - So far I think I like this one the best but its not 64 bit...

Can anyone offer a program that might suit my needs?
