A MSWMM is a Windows Movie Maker project file. Unfortunately, it does not contain any video hence the small size (87.0 kBs).

It is like a recipe to create a movie and needs the ingredients (video files, etc.) to accomplish the task.

When was it created? Do you still have the computer that it was created on?

Unfortunately, you need the other files that were used when the Movie Maker project file was created to end up with the movie itself. I wish I was the bearer of better news.

Do you still have the E-machine or its hard drive?

If you open the .MSWMM file with Windows Movie Maker, you can find where the original video files were stored on the E-machine.
