I unzipped a file sent to me by a friend, which contains 100 jpg pictures. How can I select them all and initiate a slideshow with them. Plenty of answers to this on the web, but nothing listed under Windows 7.

Right click the downloaded zip folder and click on Extract all,
point it to a existing folder you made prior or create a new folder just for the images,
Open the folder and click on the first image,
It should open in Windows photo viewer where all you have to do is click on the middle play symbol.
