    I want to know that how i can i delete / cute scenes from a Movie Files (i.e MP4 , MKV , ETC) .

You need a video editor program of some type.

There are many available. Some are free, some are paid.

Some work ONLY on certain file types, such as AVI and WMV. Some are much easier to use than others.

Machete Lite works only on AVI and WMV. It is free.

You can also look at Avidemux. It is free.

Here's a list of many editors:

Yes,it is very easy.Just one button, for Starting and the same button for ending.
Although, one odd thing happened when the software tried to open the Movie file which is an mp4 file (Basically , it is a 720p bluray ripped format movie). While opening or processing , my System stated making huge noise :) Just as it makes when i play some games on it or perhaps watch videos on YouTube.

But , no big deal.I guess , this happens when something heavy is being processed.

Anyways, this software is a multi featured software i noticed. You should check it out.
