Hi. I have received an email with a link to hundreds of wedding photos .I am afraid if I lose the link I lose all the photos, is there any way I can put them into a folder or better still into something like photo gallery or some other such programme.so I can keep them safe.

Depends on the service the sender used and the permissions and features of the site which you didn't mention,
Most cloud sharing sites will offer a download option.
Have you asked the sender ?
