My first burn did not use the video-ts-ifo files so the video did not start automatically, but it did play. Working on a second burn using the video-ts-ifo files. It seems to be taking a bit longer. I will let you know shortly.

Well after waiting all this time for the program to convert the files when I went to burn the disc I was told there was not sufficient space on my completely clear 4.7GB disc....lol. Man I feel like a whipped puppy.

What program are you using for ripping the DVD? Have you ever used DVDFab or DVD Decrypter?

The dvd was already ripped and given to me. I believe they used a Produplicator brand to produce the disc I am trying to copy from. Perhaps I need to rip it again in order to be able to reproduce it?

Well I finally have it working the way that I want it to. I was trying to burn the dvd from the sub folder rather than the root folder. Once I used the root folder all is working. Thanks so much for your help. I am using the WinX DVD Author program...the DVD Disc Burner option of that program. Thanks again.

yes, but you have to capture them from the root folder level. if you try to do so from the video-ts folder it will not capture the ifo files.

also the newly burned dvd will not play on the computer while the WinX DVD Author is open. once you close it the newly burnt dvd will play on the computer.
