Graphic Manipulation tool (with text, layer and Heal/patch feature) ne

    Hi guys,

Im looing for a simply but functional Graphic-Manipulation programm with some features beside the obviouse:
    - Obviouse Features (Color filler/picker, free selection tool, ..., history)
    - support Layers
    - support Text as text in image format ( to edit the Text later on) & (Live view of it)
    - support Layer properties -> dropshadow!
    - Heal Brush & Patchtool (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZGEZQWOoRuw&t=140)
    - Liquify Filter

Important is that it should be easy to use .... Gimp for example is havy to use and does not even support all of these features.
Anyone knows a Tool supporting all this?
And as cheap as possible =)

    Hi,
CC2014 or what ever Adobe is calling it now is pretty cheap for what it offers
Lightroom and Photoshop | Adobe Creative Cloud Photography plan

    I guess there's also paint-net and Chasy's draw
Paint.NET - Free Software for Digital Photo Editing
John Paul Chacha's Lab - Chasys Draw IES - Product Homepage

But really expensive what is needed from it ...
(I need something as cheap as posible =)

As far as I remember Paint.Net is not supporting Layer Properties, Liquify and real Text(editable)(which is a knock out point)

Draw IES I have to test :) Thanks!

    Hi,
Yea that's about all I know of
I believe Chasy's draw is just a little clumsy of an interface I've never really gotten used too :)
It's great for adjusting/ cropping and even resizing .gif files :)
