Flat Thumbnails Music folder, software? explorer tweak? anything!

Hi, i know that there is a couple of thread already about this but none suits what i search and they are not recent so,

( I have win7 )
I want to know if there is a way to see flat thumbnails for music folders as like in Win XP

i mean, we are in 2016( somebody must have tought of it already):

Is there some file manager application, that can be used exclusively for browsing and sort/arrange music folders? one which we could see flat thumbnails

Let's say i have 10 000 music folders, so the "icon tweak" is obviously not an option ( maybe if it was ALL automatic it would work, like in "album art downloader" for exemple, but the icon tweak is all by hand, one by one so it's not an option)

Will the issue be resolved if i switch to windows 10? , or is there a tweak to switch to old XP folder view only? , i searched for themes but the thumbnails stays the same

xyplorer
can do this but its kind of not that optimized for music( thumbnails are neat though)

i am also able to do it in Foobar if i choose the library but its not a browser ( and foobar have problems with detecting flacs in the library)

Let's find a solution together for everyone about this once and for all, so we could call it SOLVED!
