Pictures are blank when I download

I hope I have this posted in right section

I belong to ladies group where we share tags..in png or jpeg.
now even when I download a jpeg the tag or picture comes up as a white page. I am attaching a copy of they look like and also a screen shot of what they should look like.
Can you help me plz to get to the way they are supose to look?

the first attachment is what they look like when I open the folder they are in (they are wrong..only pieces of white paper (look like)

the second attachment is what they are suppose to look like in the folder.

these folders with the tags are kept in my pictures

Just rename and remove the behind "-original"

Picture files is end at filename.png

I right click and save as, and place in folders in my pictures
I am posting sample of the tags I am talking about that is jpeg format. the white blank as in example screen shot above are the same thing. some save correctly and some don't. the jpeg's should at least save correctly but they don't.
