Can't open some .PNG files (Chinese .PNG?)

Hello!
I recently got some game's file (chinese game, which is translated to other languages) and found out that i can't open some .PNGs that are inside of it.
While my computer is able to read .PNGs and any other kind of images, i can't open those files on any reader, i tried everything.

I also opened it on notepad to check its header and found out that all the chars are chinese!
I guess my OS can't open its header, but i don't know if that's really the issue here.

Can someone help me? did anyone gone throught this situation? or do anyone knows what to do?

Thanks!

Note: my OS is W7 Ultimate (64b)
