    WMP - maximized screen?

i want to make my WMP play on a maximized screen, i have to drag to fit the screen, or press maximize.

any idea on how to keep it maximized all the time, then if i want to go full screen, i can.

    thanks

Have you tried maximizing it with the maximize button, then closing the window, then reopening it?

That should make it so it starts up maximized.

That's a good question, haven't been able to do that either even after spending a year testing and running all versions of 7. Just never really asked anyone why, so hopefully someone will come up with a great answer.

Wait, when you said you want it to play maximized, did you mean the library screen, or the Now Playing screen?

i take it to be now playing?

this is an avi, as you can see, theres a space at the bottom, dragging it from the bottom to fit doesn't work, moving the window to the bottom and dragging to the top doesn't work, pressing maximize works, but only untill i exit.

Well what what i can tell, it depends on the movies screen ratio, if its the same size as your screen, it will maximize, but if its smaller, it will make the window the same size.

No worries, just you have to max the screen every time, not much of a problem.
