cant seem to add music.will not take music follders from my music or any otherway for that mater stoopid? i know

Welcome to the Forums! How are you adding music? Go to Organize>Manage Libraries>Music.

I added music downloads mostly then added them to my music folder in the music library.
i allso tried manage music library, selected folders, draged and dropped, and cut and paste to no avail

Are you trying to say that you moved some files after importing them into WMP?I added music downloads mostly then added them to my music folder in the music library.
If you added something into the library and then physically moved those files from one folder to another, WMP can't find them anymore unless you point it to the correct folder. But the question is also: HOW are you trying to add music to WMP? I'm asking because, if you select files and add them to the library, the folder they're in won't show up in Organize->Manage Libraries->Music, but if you drag&drop the whole folder, then you can see it. If the folder contains a lot of media files, be patient wait a while. WMP needs some time to gather the information on those files such as tags, album art etc.
