Itunes enhancement plugin

are there any out there for windows users? i used to have volume logic but that has been discontinued. Ive google searched for some n the past but came up with nothing.

We orphaned windows users of itunes. I would settle for
1- a better random sort
2- An EQ that allows for more than the basic functions
3-Skins that stick

i was kind of expecting to hear something like that. I love windows 7 but am not a big fan of WMP or WMC for audio playback and organization. Itunes does lack some features of those but between the overall interface and the fact that ive had an ipod for years now has made me loyal to itunes
