WMP 12 with FLAC files

Hi, iv noticed the seek bar doesnt seem to work when playing a FLAC file within WMP. It doesn't sync with the music and just stays in one position (on the left). Can some members of this forum please also check if they have this same behaviour in thier WMP12 with FLAC files, thanks! (Im running windows 7 btw).

When you download K-Lie Mega pack you get the You could install the k-Lite codec pack and choose could and choose Windows Media Center rather than Home Cinema.

Try WMP, scroll down through the list looking for the flac file association

.Download K-Lite Codec Pack

Have you downloaded Shark 007's codecs? Shark007's FREE Codec solutions - Windows 7 codecs

You should be able to just right click on the FLAC file, look for "open with" then choose WMP.

Tagging FLAC files - any decent TAG editor for W7
Hi all Ripping CD's to FLAC is no problem using WINAMP on W7 but on the rare (very rare) occasions when I can't find the track / album data on GRACENOTE / FREEDB is there any way to tag the tracks manually with some sort of "Tag editor" -- I "Think" Flac can handle ID3 - but unlike most here...
