Windows Photo Viewer ?

Ok well I upgraded to Windows 7 from Vista a couple weeks ago.
I take a LOT of pictures of my 2 girls , I used to put my memory card in
open the containing folder , right click the first picture on my memory card and hit preview.

It would open up " Windows Photo Viewer " in Vista i used to be able to hit an edit button ( i think it was next to the file menu ) but in Windows 7 its not there.....

im rather upset with it , ive tried to get over it but it used to be help full , i could do a 2 sec lil edit to pictures in a snap ( rather than launching my paintshopro ) i was able ( crop , contrast , hue , brightness , ext ......

is there any way to get that back ???
