How do I view videos in Temporary Internet Files?

I just bought a new computer with Windows 7 installed. I've tried to find videos in the temporary internet files, but they don't seem to be there. I could find them easily with Windows XP, but can't with Windows 7. I mainly want to find videos that I've watched on youtube and copy them straight from the temporary internet files to my documents, without having to go to a website that converts the videos to another format.
