Yea, it does look like a 64 versus 32 bit error, but movie maker works perfectly fine on a huge majority of 64 bit windows 7 installations. Neverseened this error.
You can try to reinstall it, or use the windows movie maker 2.6 that downloads from microsoft's website
Found an answer from MS dated Oct 1 but still looking for a fix. It is not causing any problem but I don't like seeing event errors.
SideBySide Event ID 35 is logged in the Application log when you start Windows Live Movie Maker on a 64-bit Windows operating system

I get those too, if you notice the resolution says no action needed.
