Sorry, can't help you then. Got messages of several users saying if works well for them.
Maybe unregister and reinstall. Otherwise you could have a look at the Windows Event Log if there is something suspicious there.

That is a real shame that this is not working for you. Now that you have installed the files, what exactly shows up in Windows Explorer in the thumbnails view?
