Poor video Playback quality

Hi, this is khaleel.

The problem i am facing is of video playback quality . Even the high quality video seems to be a bit blurred and distorted. Sometimes they even play as if we make their playback speed less, they just hang-up while playing. These videos play smoothly when i was using Windows Vista.

I did not have a separate graphic card. It was a build in display card named "Intel G33/G31 Express Chipset Family" whose chip type is Intel GMA 3100.

I downloaded the latest drivers also but still the problem persists.
Can anyone help me please !

The configuration of my pc is as follows:
Motherboard: Mercury PIG31T
Processor: Intel core 2 duo 2.8Ghz
Memory: 4GB 667 Mhz
Hard disk: Samsung 320 GB
