Windows 7: Live Photo Gallery: reloading tags?

Hey!

So the problem is I'm using Windows Live Photo Gallery, and each time I start the program it has to reload/reread all the pictures.
This is very annoying because I have over 20.000 HQ pictures I use alot, and it takes an hour to reload all the thumbnails.



This person had the same problem: Why does Live Photo Gallery have to reload/reread all the photo tags every time it is started?
I've tried this solution deleting the Pictures.pd5, letting it create a new one. I've uninstalled the program, reinstalled the latest version, wouldn't work either.
I never had this problem in Vista home edition, but now in Windows 7 64bit I do.

Can anyone think of a solution?
