    Windows 7 not Media player 9 back comp?


    I'm trying to view training vidios from 2002 and after I insert the disc i get prompted that i need to install media player 9.0. Windows 7 has media player 12 and media player 9 is not avaliable for windows 7. any suggestions?

I have iRiver software on my computer for my mp3 player - I want it to recognise and play mp3's , and I want Windows Media Player to recognise and play WAV files. I have set default programs as such , but the iRiver software still highjacks any audio file - is there some other way to stop this...
