Adobe Flash Movie Player And Selective Behavior

Hello, everyone. I'm observing some very strange Flash behavior on one of my Windows7 machines and I can't seem to figure this one out.

I'm not sure what the cause is, but for some reason I'm having a problem streaming Flash videos in all of my browsers. I'm trying to watch an episode of How I Met Your Mother on a Flash Video Site (Wisevid), but the Flash player itself never loads. But in an evil twist of irony, all the Flash banners and advertisements play perfectly fine.

I primarily use Chrome, but like I said above, this behavior transcends browsers. I'm having the same problem on IE8 and FF3.6.

It's not any Adblock software either. Okay, so on Chrome, I've turned off Adthwart but that changes nothing. All the Flash advertisements play fine, so Flash is obviously working. But why don't the videos play?!

I've uninstalled Flash Player and reinstalled (as administrator) the latest, newest version at least 3x now but to no avail. I still can't get the flash video to work!!

But the kicker is this... YouTube videos play perfectly fine with no problem whatsoever!!! What's going on? Has anyone else experienced this issue? Please help me if you can. I'm desperate.

    I figured it out!!

Make sure to check "Allow 3rd-party content to store flash data on your computer" in Flash Player settings found here:

Adobe - Flash Player : Settings Manager - Global Storage Settings Panel
