Windows 7: WMP 12 No Visuallization

... As the title says, i have a not so important problem ..but annoys me a little, when i go to play music under the Now Playing window i can't seem to find out why that my No Visualization is ticked ..but it's still showing album art

I have no clue why it started doing it if i re-click the 'No Visualization' option while WMP is still open then it goes back to staying as a black screen (That's what i want) when im changing songs

but when i close/reopen flipping through songs it goes back to showing album art when 'Album Art' is not even ticked

Any help would be appricated =)
