Same site, same movie but quality so much difference.

Hi everyone.

I'm watching online video from But I'm experiencing bad quality video which I can see the pixels. The movie is not clear at all.

But my friend, playing exactly the same movie from the same site have a much better quality.

My graphic card is radeon 4890 1G. It should be good enough to play video right?

Is it a software issue? Please advise.

OS is windows 7.

It could be that the site automatically streams in different qualities depending ok your connection speed and quality. Your friend might just have a better connection.
