    CCCP not working very well.

When I play a video with CCCP installed, the audio and video are extremely out of sync. It never did this on Vista.

Was wondering if anybody had any ideas why or how to fix it?

It's not a huge deal. I can install MPC HC by itself and have it use DirectVobSub as well. Only problem is I have to turn the volume all the way to 100 in Windows. Audio is much better when CCCP is installed.

I highly recommend VLC Media Player
VLC media player - Open Source Multimedia Framework and Player

If you don't want to go that route, then you can substitute CCCP with K-Lite Codec Pack. However, make sure you uninstall CCCP first.

Free-Codecs.com : Download K-Lite Codec Pack 5.8.3 FULL, K-Lite Codec Pack 5.8.3 STANDARD, K-Lite Codec Pack 5.8.3 BASIC : K-Lite Codec Pack is a collection of codecs and related tools

BTW, I have VLC Media Player installed in conjunction w/ K-Lite & DivX Web Player. All my videos playback well, if I do have problems it's usually due to the video and not my computer.

Well I would use VLC, I have before, but I feel that with HD videos, it doesn't do a good job. When I compare a 720p video in MPC and VLC, MPC looks much better. VLC sort of looks faded/blurry.
