Klite Codec Pack No, it isn't the codec, it is the EVR Renderer and
driver interaction. If you tweaked something in you
driver it may not be happening to you, but it has nothing to do with codecs.

197.45 is still broken. That might have been a fix for something else.
BTW I have found a workaround that really fixes the problem.
Those of you with the AVI heavy stutter on MPC/EVR.
Go to Nvidia Control Panel.
-> Adjust Video Image Settings.
-> Edge Ehanancement
Click "Use the NVIDIA setting"
Turn it up to 1%.
I read about this on NVidia Forum. No one know why it works, but it has fixed the problem for everyone who tried it so far. I speculate with the additional calculation it is forcing the
driver to sync properly again.
I tried it and it worked for me. I have tried several AVI and jumping all around in the playback and have not been able to invoke the stutter. I haven't noticed any image degradation from a 1% setting and haven't notice any increased CPU usage either.
